1. General Terms

• Luxury Black VIP provides chauffeur-driven transportation services for personal and business use.
• By booking a service, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally authorized to enter into agreements.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

2. Booking & Payment

• Reservations can be made online, via phone, or WhatsApp.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• Prices are subject to change based on availability, location, and vehicle type.
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the ride → No charge, full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the ride → 50% charge of the total booking.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations → Full fare charge applies.

4. Service Rules & Passenger Conduct

• No smoking, drugs, or illegal activities are permitted in our vehicles.
• Passengers must wear seatbelts as per local regulations.
• Excessive spills, stains, or damage to the vehicle may result in a cleaning or repair fee.
• The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service if passenger behavior is disruptive or unsafe.

5. Liability & Safety

• Luxury Black VIP is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or road closures.
• Lost or forgotten items in the vehicle are not the responsibility of the company.
• We prioritize safety and discretion, and our chauffeurs undergo background checks and training.

6. Waiting Time & Additional Charges

• Airport Pickups: Includes 30 minutes of free waiting time; extra charges apply beyond this.
• Point-to-Point Transfers: Includes 10 minutes of waiting time before additional charges apply.
• Hourly Bookings: Any extra time beyond the agreed period is charged at the standard hourly rate.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Luxury Black VIP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be available on our website.
